About this shelf
How we think about the manga section.
Nautilus keeps a proper manga section because we read manga. That sounds obvious; in most Romanian bookshops it isn't. We stock complete runs where the runs are complete — a customer who's on Volume 14 shouldn't be told to try Amazon.
Our shelves lean toward what our booksellers actually read: sports manga, quiet horror, character-driven shōnen with something to say. Volumes are shelved by series, in numerical order — the shop has been reorganised to make this obvious at a glance.
If a series matters and we haven't got it, tell us. We keep a list on paper next to the till.
Questions
Do you stock every volume of a running series?+
Wherever the publisher keeps them in print, yes. If a title is between reprints we'll tell you at checkout and hold your order.
Are English-language manga hard to get in Romania?+
They used to be. That's part of why Nautilus exists — reliable stock, real reading order, no counterfeit prints.
Can I reserve upcoming volumes?+
Yes. We keep a standing reservation list at the shop for the big series (Blue Lock, Chainsaw Man, Dandadan, others). Ask a bookseller.
